Refund Policy

1. School Tuition Refunds

All tuition-related refunds are subject to the refund policy of the specific language school. Love Linguas respects and enforces each school’s rules, including:

• Eligibility windows and timelines

• Required documentation

• School-imposed processing or administrative fees

Love Linguas does not process tuition refunds directly, but we will assist you in communicating with the school.

2. Refunds for Love Linguas Services

If you paid Love Linguas directly for consultancy or any premium services:

• Refunds are available only within 7 calendar days of payment and only if services have not yet begun.

• Once visa consultation, school coordination, or document submission has started, no refund is possible.

• Any non-refundable administrative fees will be clearly outlined before you make a payment.

• Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, based on unused services and time invested.

3. Visa Denials

If your visa is denied:

• Refunds for school fees follow the school’s own visa-refusal policy.

• Love Linguas can help coordinate communication and paperwork but does not guarantee refund outcomes or act as a refund authority for the school.

4. Request Process

All refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@lovelinguas.net with the subject line: Refund Request, and include:

• Full name

• Payment receipt or invoice

• Reason for request

Each request will be reviewed within 10 business days, and we will respond in writing with the next steps or a decision.

Refund eligibility is based on the date of payment, not the date the request was submitted.

5. Additional Notes

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on the school and payment provider.

• Refunds will be issued in the original currency, and any transfer fees or exchange rate losses are the responsibility of the recipient.
